Has been writing virtually non-stop since her first play, LADIES IN WAITING, was published by Samuel French. Since then, she has written numerous plays, feature film and television scripts and is proud to have penned some of the “greatest TV pilots never made”, working with and learning from the best of the best in television - Peter Horton, Henry Winkler, David E. Kelley Productions... In between Michele has been the head writer for Martha Stewart, the Chief of Staff/Speechwriter for a First Lady (Lisa Collis, CA, ex-Governor now Senator Mark R. Warner’s wife) and produced several celebrity tours for the USO. Most recently, she wrote the pilot THE MANSION (a modern-day “Upstairs/Downstairs” set in a Southern Governor’s mansion) for Lifetime Television, produced by Nancy Cotton and Larry Gilbert via Icon TV. Michele is beyond proud to bring CHAPIN CIRCLE to life as an Internet series. It has always been her dream to make the kind of TV that inspired her to write in the first place – characters and stories that RESOUND with those who watch it. She truly hopes CHAPIN CIRCLE be that show for you.

Boasts a producing career that celebrates the work of one writer, his wife Michele Palermo. After earning a law and master’s degree, he became a member of Virginia Governor Mark R. Warner’s Cabinet, where he advised the administration on key economic issues. He then earned a master’s degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, gained admission to the State Bars of California and New York and currently serves the public good as a criminal prosecutor in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in California. Paul was born and raised in Durand, Wisconsin, attended the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and plans to join the Wisconsin State Bar in the very near future.

Had mediocre careers in publishing and as a restaurateur before discovering he could turn his hours and hours of television watching into a life he loves in the entertainment industry. First at New Line Cinema (no longer an independent studio), then on STARK RAVING MAD (no longer on the air), UPN (no longer in existence) and Icon Productions (no longer in the TV business). See a pattern? Now serving as Vice President of Current Programming for E1 Entertainment, he hopes for a better future for hisnew employers. A highlight of his career has been working on CHAPIN CIRCLE. Born out of the friendship that emerged with Michele Palermo while developing THE MANSION pilot for Lifetime, CHAPIN CIRCLE has been one of the most rewarding creatively fulfilling projects he’s ever been lucky enough to be involved with.
